If your acoustic western guitar has a rather dark sound, then Fender 80/20 Bronze strings are an excellent way of adding some extra sparkle. Thanks to an 80% copper, 20% zinc alloy, they offer excellent clarity and comfort.

The comfortable and thin Fender 70CLs

The Fender 70CL is the Custom Light version, in which the three top strings have the same gauge as the light version (.011-.023) and the bottom three are even thinner (.032-.052). These strings are pleasantly supple which is especially good for beginners who have yet do develop finger strength. The 70CLs also sound a little clearer than thicker strings.
